"MASTER" Induction Steam Generators & Immersed Element Boilers have been supplying steam to a wide range of industrial and commercial applications since 1948, i.e.: Clothing, Drycleaning, Food Processing, Baking, Dairying, Catering and Fur Industries and in Research Centres and Hospitals. Also for Industrial Process Heating, Steam Baths, Humidification, Heat Treatment Processes, Steam Cleaning, Soil Treatment, Rubber Industries, Chemical, Timber Treatment, & wherever Steam is required.

Steam Demand Growth can be met by adding additional generators to operate either in parallel or adjacent to individual process operations. This is a great energy saver and also reduces cost of your production.

Multiple Generator Systems are more economical in instances of fluctuating steam demand: each generator is brought in production according to the steam demand pattern.

"MASTER" Generators do not require a boiler room or special foundations or local authorities' approvals, it can be installed anywhere adjacent to users of steam, so it produces a saving on pipe installation work, materials, maintenance.

Induction Generators:

In Operation this unique Induction Generator heats water simply by passing it through tubular secondary windings of a transformer. It is not an immersion element type boiler. A very heavy electrical current is induced to flow in the winding converting the water therein into steam. The steam is discharged into the upper space of a steam chest. This flow draws hot water from the lower part of the steam chest, on the dynamic pump principle, into the winding. The process cycle repeats at an extremely rapid rate during steam raising. The efficiency of this principle of conversion of electrical energy to steam is 99%. This specifically designed and engineered equipment matched with this energy conversion system provides extremely fast steam generation at high thermal efficiency.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
All Generators are designed to Australian Standard and all amendments thereto. Generators are inspected during all stages of manufacture by the Department of Labour and Industry, and on completion are tested and certified by the Department of Labour and Industry for an operating pressure of 700, 1050 and 1500 kPa respectively.
