A steam jacketed vessel rapidly heats up to 70 litres of media to a maximum of 150C.

The steam generator supplies steam for heating and in-line sterilizing of dispensing lines.

The process of heating, maintaining at sterilizing temperature and cooling is fully controlled.

After sterilizing media can be maintained at a pre-set temperature via a valve and pipe system for fast heating and cooling.

Volume of media dispensed can be infinitely varied and controlled by foot switch.

Stainless Steel is used throughout including the dispensing line.
