SPECIAL DESIGN - STERILIZING UP TO 70Lt OF TISSUE CULTURE MEDIA

"Master" self contained, fully automatic unit for sterilizing media containing gelling agents. (Agar). A fully integrated system has been developed through years  & as a reslut of our own experience in consultation with clients in the specific field of plant tissure culture.

A steam jacketed vessel rapidly heats up to 70 litres of media to a maximum of 150C. The steam generator supplies steam for heating and in-line sterilizing of dispensing lines. The process of heating, maintaining at sterilizing temperature and cooling is fully controlled.

After sterilizing, the media can be maintained at a pre-set temperature via a valve and pipe system for fast heating and cooling.  Media can be dispensed immediately after sterilizing without waiting for all the media to cool.  The volume of media can be infinitely varied and controlled by foot switch. SS (316). used throughout including the dispensing line. This fully integrated system has been developed through years & as a result of our experience in consultation with our clients in the specific field of plant tissure culture.

Important: Please note that a minimum of 4bar water supply pressure is required, if this is not the case you will need a pressure increasing pump system.
